3 Tablespoons Butter

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

3 Garlic cloves, minced

1 small onion, finely diced (about 3 tablespoons)

1.5 tablespoons all purpose flour

1.5 cup “Rustic Ridge Semi-dry Riesling” wine

3 dozen clams, scrubbed

Salt and Pepper
